cubed cheese (cheddar, colby jack, mix)2 c

cubed potatoes4 c

dried basil1 tsp

dried parsley1 tsp

flour4 tbsp

ground beef8 oz

milk1.5 c

sour cream4 tbsp

1Cook vegetables and ground beef until brown.ground beef: 8 oz

2Stir in dried basil and dried parsley .dried basil: 1 tsp, dried parsley: 1 tsp

3Add chicken broth and cubed potatoes .chicken broth: 3 c, cubed potatoes: 4 c

4Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.

5Melt butter and stir in flour . Add milk to the butter and flour, stirring until smooth.butter: 4 tbsp, flour: 4 tbsp, milk: 1.5 c

6Gradually add milk mixture to the soup, stirring constantly.

7Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir in cubed cheese .cubed cheese: 2 c (cheddar, colby jack, mix)

8When cheese is melted, add sour cream or Greek yogurt and heat through. Do not boil.sour cream: 4 tbsp, Greek yogurt: 4 tbsp
